三种身

The Tiantai School has a definition of 色身 the physical body of the Buddha; 法門身 his psychological body with its vast variety; 實相身 his real body, or (sa) dharmakāya. The esoteric sect ascribes a (sa) trikāya to each of its honoured ones. v. 三身.
